Low Risk Chemical Garment Fabrics
A low risk chemical garment fabric is also known as a full-length jumpsuit, which is a one-piece garment that has full-length sleeves and legs like a jumpsuit, but is usually less tight-fitting. The main feature is that there is no gap between the top and the pant or between the lapels, and there is no loose top tail. It usually has an elongated pocket on the outside of the right thigh and a front button that extends the entire length of the front of the body to the throat, with no lapels. This design is widely used in type 5/6 disposable coverall applications to ensure comprehensive protection.
Common protective clothing materials include most disposable protective clothing, which is made from non-woven synthetic fibers. As the degree of protection increases, strength improves while permeability is reduced, and it may be possible to make them flame retardant. Coating/Lamination: coatings or laminates can provide additional functions such as fluid resistance or chemical resistance. Our low risk garment fabric can be certified by EN regulation and tests, providing good quality chemical protective cloth that meets customer demands.
